Krius, Lawful Good Human Paladin 5th Level

Description:
Krius is a fair lad in his late 20s, with short cropped blond hair and dark brown eyes. With comely, though not necessarily handsome features, he presents a countenance more striking than attractive; sharp angles of facial construction giving him a vaguely noble bearing. He is dressed simply, in worn, and faded leather clothing, with gleaming, well-cared-for chain-mail worn atop it. Most notably, he carries a large shield, painted with a longsword, held upright between a pair of vivid eyes.

Background:
Raised as a monk within the Order of the Purifying Fire, in the Theocracy of the Lance, Krius has spent his entire life in the service of the Church. The Order to which he is apprenticed to is one which is dedicated to the goddess Justicia, and, specifically, to her aspect as a cleanser of Evil, thus the "Purifying Fire" moniker. At a young age, he began trainer as a Holy Warrior, a life which he has embraced with great zeal. While officially apprenticed as a Squire to a Knight of the Lance, Krius has not yet been evaluated for elevation to true Knighthood. Some believe that this is due to his occasionally impetuous behavior, behavior which has led to his censure by the Knights on at least one occasion. However, he may have also attracted the interest of other organizations…

Goals:
As an Acolyte of the Purifying Fire, Krius' only primary goal is the destruction of Evil in the name of Justicia.
